This charming fella stands just over 20" tall, and has an arm span of 14". He's made of painted and worn muslin, w/ painted eyes, sculpted nose, and stitched mouth.
His clothing consists of a coat and coordinating hat that are a deep beige color, w/ thin rusty colored stripes, trimmed w/ a black and gold star print fabric, then embellished w/ rusty bells, and a bit of vintage tinsel, and a sprig of Tallowberries!
His arms are wired.
He's mounted onto a vintage wooden beehive bobbin, that is then attached (w/ screws) to a wooden base, which I've distressed after painting a soft black color, w/ stenciled cream stars.
He holds a banner comprised of rusty wire and painted osnaburg, which I painted in a Candy Corn fashion, then stamped w/ the letters B O O, then finished off w/ a dusting of German glass Glitter! Perhaps, that will keep the crows away, but I wouldn't count on it. This fella is anything but "scary", and has a face everyone can love! Try as he may, I don't think he'll ward off a single crow!
This guy will be an absolute delight as part of your harvest decor!
