I have designed a pair of Primitive Political Wheel Toys to Celebrate the upcoming Presidential Election.
I enlisted the help of my Dear Hub for the wood work on these guys. Each Toy is cut from 2" thick Pine with Wooden Wheels & Dowel Pin Axles. Each Toy has been painted & aged to resemble an old childs toy from Election Years of long ago.
Whether you choose your favorite party, or the set of both "DEM" and "GOP"...These "Politically Correct" Primitive Wheel Toys would make a Lovely Addition to your Patriotic Folk Art Collection.

He is painted a lovely Chestnut Brown & aged to Prim Perfection. His ears are of painted cotton batting, nailed into place. A Mane & Tail of stained jute rope are firmly glued into drilled holes.
Donkey's Wheels are all handcut...not store bought. They are painted in Navy to represent the Democratic "Blue States".
A Patriotic Blanket of Red Ticking Stripe & Stenciled Blue Flannel, adorn his back. Rusty Jingle Bells are attached at the points.
