Using water based paint, this was so much fun to paint as the design surrounds the shade in tones of country blue, cranberry red, sunny yellow, sage, ivory and noir. When lit, it brings an eye catching glow to the nautical scene.
And there is only one!
Notice the black and white checkered bottom; this style of shade typically fits a buffet lamp. However, I have tried it on other styles of lamp bases, and it looks so very cute.
